Altivy CMS is the website platform behind flight schools and aero clubs on Altivy. The office edits the pages in a live preview, sells trial flights as emailed gift vouchers, and every flight the fleet makes is on the map with its weather and approach debrief. Bookings and training records are the same Altivy login.
Twelve areas, all built and running on live flight school sites today. Each card opens the full description with the screens.
Pages built from sections in a live preview, with inline text editing, undo, autosave and a publish button.
See the screens →Header and footer menus, the site colours and fonts, and the floating buttons for chat, events, tracking and bookings.
See the screens →Posts, a club calendar, newsletter campaigns to member lists, and contact forms tracked to a reply.
See the screens →Trial flights sold as gift vouchers with a unique code, emailed as a printable card and redeemed by the office.
See the screens →Aircraft with rates and galleries, instructor profiles, and training programmes with pricing and syllabus.
See the screens →Every aircraft on an ADS-B map with airspace, wind and rain, and every flight kept for playback and sharing.
See the screens →The weather at the time of each flight, and IFR approaches detected and scored against the published procedure.
See the screens →The Altivy Manager booking widget on the site, and the training record waiting in Altivy Learning after the flight.
See the screens →Chat assistants trained on the site, an AI that drafts page sections, a help assistant for admins and SEO suggestions.
See the screens →Visits, clicks, scroll depth and the paths people take, counted without cookies, with a click heatmap per page.
See the screens →Legal pages, agreements signed online with a PDF emailed to both sides, email templates and an image library.
See the screens →Every club on its own domain with its own data, permissions per admin, an audit log and a security check on every release.
See the screens →The page editor shows the page as visitors will see it. Click a heading and type over it, drag sections into order, pick a background or spacing preset, and the draft saves as you go. Nothing goes live until someone presses Publish.
Make any product a gift voucher. The buyer says who it is for and adds a message; when Stripe confirms the payment the recipient is emailed a printable gift card with a unique code. The office looks the code up, marks it redeemed after the flight, and can resend or issue one by hand for a counter sale.
The fleet tracker follows each aircraft on ADS-B with airspace, wind and rain layers, and keeps every flight. An instructor opens a flight to see the weather at the time, play it back, and read an approach debrief that compares the track and the altitudes with the published procedure.
Visits, clicks and scroll depth are counted by the platform itself, with no cookies and no personal data. A heatmap shows where people click on each page, and the user flow shows the paths they take through the site, with AI notes on what to change.
The AI in Altivy CMS helps visitors find answers and helps the office write. It works from what you have published, and a person decides what goes live.
Each assistant is given your pages, fleet, team, programmes, events and products, and can be limited to answering only from them.
Ask AI drafts sections into the editor. Nothing it writes reaches the public site until an admin presses Publish.
Chats are kept for the office to read, rate and correct, and a correction becomes part of what the assistant knows.
The assistants are a module, switched on or off for each site, and each assistant can be shown or hidden on its own.
A help assistant on every admin screen knows the whole system and links straight to the setting that answers the question.
Page titles, descriptions and keywords suggested from the site's own content, for an admin to accept or edit.
The platform runs an automated security assessment and publishes the result. The numbers below come straight from the live check.
Guides for the areas you will use first. Sign in to your admin to read the full documentation.
Your home base: stats, recent orders and submissions, and a link to every admin area.
Build pages from sections in the page editor, preview them and publish.
Products and gift vouchers, orders from payment to fulfilment, and redeeming a voucher.
Logo, colours, fonts, social links, business details and email from one screen.
Drag-and-drop header and footer menus, up to three levels deep.
Set up the assistants, add training content and review the conversations.

Yes. Each site gets an altivycms.com address straight away, and your own domain can be added and verified with a CNAME record at your DNS provider.
Every page, post, event, aircraft, team profile and menu has a draft and a live version. The office edits the draft, previews it, and the public sees nothing until it is published.
Yes. Tick Gift voucher on a product and it is sold through the shop: the recipient is emailed a printable gift card with a unique code, and the office redeems it in the Gift Vouchers screen. Flying credit can let the buyer choose the amount.
Through Stripe hosted checkout, with Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card details never touch the platform, and GST is worked out from your shop settings.
Yes. The Altivy Manager booking widget sits on the site, members sign in with their Altivy account, and the flights the tracker records are matched to the training record in Altivy Learning.
Yes. Every table is scoped to your site and every query enforces it, so your pages, customers, orders and settings are separate from every other site on the platform.
Use the help button on any admin screen, read the guides in your admin's Help section, or email support@altivy.com.
Send us the address of your current website. We import it onto the platform so the demo is your pages, your fleet and your prices rather than a sample.
