Company Information

Core company details used throughout the site including copyright text and structured data.

The name of your site, displayed in navigation links and page titles

Add your social media profile URLs. Icons will appear in the footer when URLs are provided.

Direct links to your review pages (for footer icons).

Facebook Feed Widget

Embed your Facebook page feed as a floating widget on your website. Uses the Facebook Page Plugin — no API key required.

Floating shows a toggle button that opens a slide-out panel. CMS Section Only requires adding the feed to a page via the CMS.

Mobile Widget Bar

On mobile devices, a fixed bottom bar shows WhatsApp and Google Reviews buttons. Tapping opens a slide-up panel with a custom WhatsApp chat UI or your Elfsight reviews widget.

Social Login

Allow customers and admins to sign in using their Google or Facebook accounts. Platform-level API keys must be configured by the Altivy CMS team before these toggles take effect.

Opening Hours

Set your weekly operating hours. These are used in structured data for search engines.

Google Analytics

Track visitor behaviour across your site with Google Analytics 4. The tracking tag loads automatically on all public pages for your tenant.

How to set up Google Analytics
  1. Go to analytics.google.com and sign in with your Google account.
  2. Click Admin (gear icon, bottom left).
  3. Click Create → Property and enter your website name.
  4. Under Data Streams, click Add stream → Web and enter your website URL.
  5. Copy the Measurement ID (e.g. G-XXXXXXXXXX) and paste it into the field above.
  6. Click Save — tracking will begin on all public pages automatically.

Financial Settings

Currency, tax, and pricing settings used across the site for fleet pricing display and shop checkout.

The name of your tax (e.g. GST, VAT, Sales Tax)

Standard NZ GST rate is 15%

Your tax registration number (e.g. IRD GST number)

  1. Go to stripe.com and create an account (or sign in to your existing account).
  2. In the Stripe Dashboard, navigate to Developers → API Keys.
  3. Copy your Publishable Key (pk_test_... or pk_live_...) and paste it into Shop Settings.
  4. Copy your Secret Key (sk_test_... or sk_live_...) and paste it into Shop Settings. Keep this secret — never share it publicly.
  5. In the Stripe Dashboard, go to Developers → Webhooks and click Add Endpoint.
  6. Paste your Webhook URL (shown in Shop Settings) as the endpoint URL.
  7. Select the event checkout.session.completed to listen for.
  8. After creating the webhook, copy the Signing Secret (whsec_...) and paste it into Shop Settings.
  9. Start with Test Mode enabled to verify everything works before going live.
  10. When ready, switch to live keys and disable Test Mode.

Configure AI-powered chatbots that can answer visitor questions using your training data.

When disabled, AI agents will not appear on the website and chat endpoints will return errors.

Website Content Indexing

When enabled, AI agents can access and reference content from your website to answer questions. Select which content types to include.

Include instructor bios and qualifications.

Include product information from the shop.

Include upcoming events and activities.

Include published blog posts and articles.

Include terms, privacy policy and other legal pages.

Feedback Settings

Configure the public feedback widget that allows users to submit bug reports, feature requests, and other feedback.

Controls who can see the feedback button on your website. "Admin only" requires a logged-in admin session.

Newsletter Settings

Enable newsletter subscriptions to collect email addresses from customers and visitors.

When enabled, newsletter signup options appear on the registration form and customer profile.

Customer Portal

Control whether customers can log in and create accounts on your website.

Customer login is automatically enabled when the shop is active. You can override this behaviour using the toggles below.

When enabled, customers can sign in to their account via the Account / Login page.

When enabled, new customers can create accounts. If disabled, only existing customers can sign in. Requires customer login to be enabled.
